Not Bad. has no leaderboards, no rankings and no follower counts. The community exists to keep people company while they show up — not to rank them against one another.
What we expect
Be generous. Encourage effort rather than results. Assume the person posting is doing their best with the day they've had.
Share your own progress, not someone else's. Nothing you record becomes public automatically — posting is always a choice you make.
What we don't allow
Harassment, hate, threats or targeting an individual. Sexual content. Content involving minors. Promotion of disordered eating, extreme restriction, purging or unsafe training. Medical claims dressed up as advice. Weight-loss selling, supplements pushing or unsolicited promotion. Impersonation. Comparing or ranking other people's bodies or worth.
Reporting something
Use the report option on any post or comment. Tell us briefly what's wrong. We confirm that we've received it, and we tell you again when it's closed — you won't be left wondering.
What happens next
Open reports are reviewed oldest first. Depending on what we find, we may leave the content as it is, hide it, remove it from view, or restrict or suspend an account. Every decision is recorded with the reason and the person who made it.
We never delete someone's history to tidy up a problem. Content can be hidden or removed from view; your own record of showing up stays yours.
If you disagree with a decision
Write to [support email — TODO] and ask us to look again. A different reviewer will take it where that's possible.
